The Game of Heroic Meaning teaches you to approach your projects, your relationships and your life as a whole like a sacred game, where the goal is increasingly heroic meaning: more prosperity, more pleasure, more purpose.

The more you play, the better your life gets.
Meaning is always relative to a story. An event matters to the degree it changes how a story you care about unfolds. In this game you take responsibility for the story, and you score by creating more heaven and less hell in it.
Prosperity
Doing well: your work, your career, your money and the material side of a good life.
Pleasure
Feeling good: fun, intimacy, friendship and the quality of your everyday experience.
Purpose
Mattering: contribution, significance, and a story you are proud to be the author of.
How to play
- Watch the video lessons in order and write down your insights.
- Watch the coaching sessions and do the exercises - on your own, or in a coaching triad.
- Take the actions in your main project according to plan.
- Repeat the lesson and its coaching session later in the week, to give yourself time to integrate it.
How fast you go is up to you. The simplest plan is one lesson and one coaching session at the start of the week, then both again later in the week. Many people do two or three a week.

How long are the videos?
Most are 15-30 minutes. Each episode is paired with a coaching session that has exercises to apply it.

They are where the ideas become changes in your life. Watch them after each episode and do the exercises, on your own or with two friends in a coaching triad.
Why do some lessons say "video coming"?
